SERVIFOGEL is FOGEL’s division responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, and guarantees for FOGEL and non-FOGEL refrigerators and freezers. We have more than 10 years experience. 

We have a Technician Assurance Service –TAS– in where all our services are performed having a control for preventive and corrective maintenances, failures, spare parts and response times.

SERVIFOGEL is present and available in the following countries: 

Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Africa. 

SERVIFOGEL offer the following services: 

  • Preventive service that consists of 18 steps recommended by FOGEL  to keep the unit in optimum condition, must be given as at least 2 times per year. 

  • Corrective service, calls made by clients reporting the failures that may occur in cooling systems, electrical or cabinet of the units, all concerns are replied within 72 hours, depending on your location. 

  • Move of units, which involves the installation of commercial refrigerators and freezers in different areas of cities, performed by FOGEL’s trained and certified personnel.

  • Customer training. FOGEL has a professional group for training our customers on innovations, technologies and issues related with commercial refrigeration. 

  • Electrical installation and modification. We have trained and certified electricians to perform electrical accommodation in places where you want to locate the units. 

  • Call center with trained personnel receiving client’s calls, indicating about possible solutions and if it can be apply immediately. If solution can’t be applied immediately SERVIFOGEL sends a trained and certified technician within 72 hours, depending on distance. Subsequently confirms customer service and solutions. 

  • Unit’s Refurbishment. FOGEL has certified workshops for painting, image change and for all those repairs required to keep units in optimum conditions. 

  • Spare parts sales. We have all necessary parts to repair FOGEL and non-FOGEL units. 

  • Refrigerant recycling, as a sustainable alternative against global warming effects in refrigerant management issues. FOGEL uses only environmentally friendly refrigerant gas. This service can be added to TAS service, previously descrived.
