JACOBO TEFEL, 2011 MANAGER OF THE YEAR
The Managers' Association of Guatemala praised Mr. Jacobo Tefel with the Manager of the Year award in recognition for his enterpreneurship as CEO of FOGEL DE CENTROAMÉRICA, S.A.
“Success is for team work. I’m from Nicaragua with guatemalan citizenship. The key for success is the confidence” said Mr. Tefel when receiving the award.
FOGEL is a 1,200 employees company and exports to 39 countries. Production is currently of 115,000 units per year.
Mr. Jacobo Tefel is well known for his enterpreneur skills, leading FOGEL to important expansion levels with a creative and innovative managment.
“Our second production plant is located in Colombia, and we are planning to establish soon a third production plant in a different region of the world in order to continue with our expansion” said Mr. Tefel.
